Cindie Louu

Cindie Louu makes it up as she goes along, and she does a terrific job of it, too. Originally born and raised in Austin, Texas, the all-natural Asian beauty works as a makeup artist in the big city of Houston. “Austin is a great place to settle down, there’s open fields and cattle and hills,” she says wistfully. “From what I remember, anyway! When I was little, we packed up and moved to Houston, where I’ve lived ever since.” A bit of a rebel in high school—she reports that at one point, she sported a faux-hawk—Cindie spoke her mind and never played by anyone else’s rules. When she was given the chance to pose for Playboy Plus, she leapt at the opportunity. “Every time I pass a mirror, I catch my own eye,” jokes Cindie. “When I mentioned I was interested in Playboy, a mutual friend introduced me to Jennifer Vaughn, and a week later, I got the phone call I’ve been waiting for.” Up next, Cindie hopes to excel in school, and has put in a transfer to a fashion institute in Los Angeles. “I’m a procrastinator, but I make up for it because I work so well under pressure,” she says, giggling. “I hope one day to own my own clothing and cosmetic lines!” The pressure’s on us, and the pleasure’s all ours, too.
