Spiritual, energetic, and unapologetically herself are just a few ways we’d describe Emma Jade. Originally from Washington D.C., Emma is currently based in California. “What makes me ‘me?’ Easy — authenticity,” says Emma of herself, “I’m not afraid to be who I am whether people like it or not.” A model and artist, Emma is often creating. “My passion? Besides doing anything artistic, I really enjoy helping people,” she says. “I wholeheartedly believe that I was put on this Earth to heal people—their hearts and their minds—I’m still on a journey of figuring out how I can use that gift.” We shot with Emma after we met through her photographer, Madeline Northway. “I’ve always viewed Playboy as a brand that empowers women and normalizes sexuality. I’m grateful that I get to be a part of such an iconic legacy,” says Emma. In fact, she tells us that posing for Playboy has been a longtime goal. “My younger self is cheering me on,” she laughs. “Throughout my modeling career, it’s always been a dream of mine to shoot for Playboy. I’m still amazed that I even got this opportunity.” You can find Emma doing something creative with her hands or staying active in her free time. “What do I enjoy doing in my spare time?
